Delivery Areas

  • We deliver furniture across South Africa.

  • Deliveries are arranged through our in-house team or trusted courier partners, depending on item size and destination.


Delivery Times

  • In-Stock Furniture: Delivery within 7–14 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-Order Furniture: Delivery times vary between 4–10 weeks, depending on supplier lead times and stock availability. Estimated timelines will be communicated when you place your order.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may change due to shipping delays, customs, supplier schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery Fees

  • Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Delivery fees will be confirmed before your order is finalized.

  • Large furniture deliveries may require an additional handling or assembly fee (communicated upfront).

 

Shipping & Handling

  • Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

  • Clients must ensure correct delivery details (address, contact number, access instructions).

  • For large items, please ensure that there is adequate access into the property (doors, lifts, stairways). If special access equipment is required, additional costs may apply.

 

Pre-Order Terms

  • Pre-orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure stock.

  • The remaining balance must be settled before delivery is scheduled.

  • Since pre-orders are made specifically for you, cancellations or refunds are not permitted once the order has been placed with the supplier.

 

Damages & Issues

  • All furniture is quality checked before dispatch.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, with photos provided.

  • If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or repair where possible.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by incorrect handling or improper use once items are delivered.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the size and nature of our furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Pre-order items are final sale and non-returnable.
