Deliveries are arranged through our in-house team or trusted courier partners, depending on item size and destination.
Delivery Times

In-Stock Furniture: Delivery within 7–14 working days after payment confirmation.

Pre-Order Furniture: Delivery times vary between 4–10 weeks, depending on supplier lead times and stock availability. Estimated timelines will be communicated when you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to shipping delays, customs, supplier schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Fees

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

Delivery fees will be confirmed before your order is finalized.

Large furniture deliveries may require an additional handling or assembly fee (communicated upfront).
Shipping & Handling

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Clients must ensure correct delivery details (address, contact number, access instructions).

For large items, please ensure that there is adequate access into the property (doors, lifts, stairways). If special access equipment is required, additional costs may apply.
Pre-Order Terms

Pre-orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure stock.

The remaining balance must be settled before delivery is scheduled.

Since pre-orders are made specifically for you, cancellations or refunds are not permitted once the order has been placed with the supplier.
Damages & Issues

All furniture is quality checked before dispatch.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, with photos provided.

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or repair where possible.

We cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by incorrect handling or improper use once items are delivered.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the size and nature of our furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Pre-order items are final sale and non-returnable.
